ORDERING AND DISPATCH
You can order products through our website.
After receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming your order, which signifies the acceptance of your order by us.
Once we receive payment from you, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your payment and also confirm the dispatch of your order.
For bulk or wholesale orders, we may prepare products on order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Dispatch for such orders can take up to 3–5 working days. Therefore, we request that you provide advance notice while placing bulk orders.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund your payment at any time before dispatch due to product unavailability or any other unforeseen circumstances.
PRICES
All prices listed on our website are subject to change, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
The prices displayed on our website exclude shipping charges, which will be added during checkout wherever applicable.
The prices of our products are calculated carefully before being listed on our website. However, in the event of any unintentional pricing error, we will notify you via email or phone before accepting your order. You will have the option to cancel your order or pay the price difference.
All payments must be made before dispatch using our available payment methods. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported payment options.
For approved wholesale customers within India, payment may also be accepted through bank transfer as mutually agreed.
DELIVERY
We strive to process and dispatch all retail orders received before 12:00 PM IST by the next working day. However, under exceptional circumstances, order processing may take up to 3 working days.
Our goal is to dispatch products within 24 hours of payment confirmation and deliver orders within India in approximately 5–7 working days, depending on your selected shipping method.
If any product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you regarding the delay and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE CONDITIONS
Our herbal teas have a shelf life of 12 months when stored properly.
To preserve freshness and quality, please store the product in an airtight container away from moisture, direct sunlight, heat, and strong food odors.
Store in a cool and dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing, as it may affect the quality and shelf life of the herbs.
VARIATIONS IN THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time due to changes in our business policies, operational requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
The Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of placing your order will govern your purchase unless any change is required by law or regulatory authority or we notify you before confirming your order.
